This time we go "pintxos" route through the Old Town of Bilbao where local offering a wide variety of pintxos, concentrating on places like the Plaza Nueva, Calle del Perro or Somera. The most emblematic pintxos are tigers, mushrooms, cod, peppers and tortilla.
To accompany the pintxos we recommend a glass of "Txacoli". Txakoli is a white, young and fruity wine. Moderate alcohol (9.5 º - 11.5 º) and a slight acidity characteristic. It should be served fresh and clear small needles along with carbon, the result of its unique design, its full range of aromas.
Then we leave several pictures, graphic testimony of the wide variety of pintxos we have encountered during our route ... They were all real good!
