To celebrate the Courtyards Festival of Cordoba we recommend a dessert very easy to make: quince of Puente Genil (Cordoba) with cured cheese and hazelnuts. For an original presentation, we suggest you castings quince and cheese with a cookie cutter and espolvorees with grated hazelnuts.
