Dessert for a "pintxos" event

For a "pintxos" event, we propose a simple and an exquisite sweet: rice cake. 

The rice cakes are typical of Bilbao (Basque Country) and even rice cakes are called is not right with this ingredient, they include: butter, milk, cream, eggs, sugar, cornstarch and puff.
